On my travels while I was gathering my culinary experiences I got to London's two-Michelin restaurant where I worked as a pastry chef. Linking my experience with love for traditional Czech cuisine has been my dream for a long time.

Fruit-filled dumplings made of potato dough sprinkled with poppy seeds, traditional Moravian pies, cottage cheese, plum and poppy seeds. We will make gingerbread, which is our traditional Christmas pastry, which I will teach you to decorate.
